Business Telephone Systems

CommuniQuest is in the business of helping your company do business.  We do this by providing the best of class business telephone systems.  Partnering with Mitel we are able to provide a range of systems that are sure to match whatever your needs may be.  Below you will find a brief synopsis of the systems that we currently sell.

IPitomy VOIP System	The IPitomy system is a totally VOIP based system.  All phones on the system can reside within your office or at other (broadband internet enabled) sites.  This system is VERY affordable and very flexible.  Each system comes with Unified Messaging so that your voice mail messages can be emailed to your email box.  Many different styles of phones to choose from.  The system is able to accommodate connecting to an unlimited number of "Branch Offices".  You can call from office to office, share phone lines, share a common voicemail system, etc.
Mitel 5000	Formerly the Inter-Tel 5000.  The 5000 is for the SMB market.  It starts out at 2 lines and 16 phones.  The 5000 can grow to 96 phones with 3 T1/PRI circuits.  Can accommodate either wired digital endpoints or IP endpoints for that traveling salesperson.   Do you have multiple offices?  If you have a network between them, we can link up to 96 locations.  They all operate as one system, but they can stand alone if need be.
Inter-Tel Axxess	The Inter-Tel Axxess communications system is a workhorse.  The main system can handle from 64 to 512 ports.  The ports are broken down into Digital Keysets, Single line devices, phone lines (either POTS or T1/PRI).  Using your network connections to distant offices we can connect them much the same as the Mitel 5000.  They all think they are part of the same system.  Your Midland, Mi office can dial 4 digits and connect to the CFO in the Miami office.  The system can support up to 96 locations.  In fact we have just such a customer!
