In order to be more productive and to offer you more services CommuniQuest is implementing the following changes to our billing practices. We hope you understand our positions on these issues. If you need clarification on anything please do not hesitate to ask.

Technician Requests

  Some of our customers are seeking a more personal touch by requesting specific technicians.  Requesting a specific technician puts a burden on our scheduling and it also puts a burden on the requested technician.  When requesting a specific technician please be aware that there may be additional fees or different hourly rates.

Programmng your own system

  Customers that are programming their own systems will no longer get free tech support.  As in other industries, the customer takes a certain responsibility when they undertake to "do their own thing".  Technician consultations will be billed on the 1/4 hour basis, with a minimum of a 1/4 hour.  Normal billing rates apply.  Please respect that our technicians are trained to do what they do and that is how we make our living.

Pre-Paid Technician Time

  Now some good news.  We will now offer a Pre-Paid block of technician time.  Depending on the size of the block of time the hourly rate would be less.  This time will be usable at any time (during normal business hours) and for any type of technician work.  There is no deadline to use the Pre-Paid time, it is good until it is all used up.  Normal trip and equipment charges apply.
