Service Department

Our Service Department strives to be the best possible.  All our technicians are highly competant and ready to please you the customer.

Warranty	All new Inter-Tel / Mitel equipment comes with a two year warranty.  Other equipment carries original manufacturers warranties.  Remanufactured or Refurbished equipment warranty will vary.
Normal Service Requests	All normal service requests will be handled within the first 24 - 48 hours after receiving them.  Unless of course there are arrangements made to the contrary.
Emergency Service	All emergency service requests will take priority over other requests, even installations (if the installation isn't past the point of no return).  Our voice mail system will alert our technician on call after you leave a message in the emergency mailbox.  Emergencies are handled 24/7 365.  We Guarantee that our technician will be at your business within 4 hours of your call.  He will affect repairs to your system as quickly as possible with as little further disruption to your operations as possible.
Fees	We require a trip charge based on your zip code.  Our hourly rate is $85.00 an hour with a 1/4 hour minimum.
